How it works: everyone gets the same maze at the same time and races to the 🏁 on their phones — tap the arrows or swipe to move one square (hold an arrow to keep going). The first player home starts a 12-second countdown — anyone who gets in behind them still places. When the clock runs out the big screen overlays every path so you can see who was closest and who wandered off. 1st = 100 pts, 2nd = 80, 3rd = 60; everyone still on the board scores by how close they got. The final maze pays double.
