How it works: everybody works the same station at the same time, on their own phone. Six stations, in the order a real loaf goes through them — mix the dough, form the loaves, proof them, bake them, pack them, ship them to the right customer. Each station is a different skill and a tight clock. The big screen shows every baker's line at once.
Why it's fair over wifi: your phone runs your station locally and only reports the score it earned, so lag never costs you a tap. Phones quietly sync to the big screen between stations — the ⏱ sync tag on your controller shows how tight yours is.
